The location was excellent, so convenient to Gran via with so many shopping and dining options plus a supermarket within 1 min walk. The apartment had some stains on the wall and the TV wasn’t working as expected, but overall the apartment was great! The beds were comfortable and the apartment had all the essentials, Great communication with the company with smooth check-in. We will definitely return to this company during our visits in Madrid.

The only thing that would have made it perfect is a closer parking facility. A 4 min walk with two suitcases on cobblestone is a little difficult. Otherwise, beautiful view, everything available on site and cosy, secure apartment next to Plaza Alacalà

This is by far the best apartment I’ve had on a vacation. The location was excellent, less than 2 min walk to Gran Via with so much shopping and dining options both on Gran via and streets around. The location is also so convenient that we did most of our tourism by foot. About the apartment, it was huge; we were a family of 6, but 10 people could have stayed comfortably. We felt at home away from home. It was well heated, clean, spacious, well equipped and updated. Communication with the Slow Suites team was excellent; no trouble in getting access to the apartment. We absolutely loved it!!! We would definitely return to this apartment for our future visits in Madrid.

The property was a bit complicated to find but it was just beautiful very cozy and my family loved it. The only thing is the bathtub was not cleaned well it had hair in the tub and hair hanging from the dispenser which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was truly amazing.

Huge apartment, so much room! We stayed for three nights. Loved the excellent air conditioning, location right off Gran Via, and nearby restaurants, bars (go to Tiger Bar) and mercado right across street. Very convenient access and good communication to provide access codes to main door and apartment door. We didn't need to use the washer, but it would be very convenient. Lovely terrace, huge living room and two bathrooms were perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Overall, the property was fine. The location was good. The area was good. The value was very good. It was just a bit tricky to find the place and the communication could have been a little more clear and earlier. Importantly, there is no one at the property to provide any service if you need anything. We thought we were booking a hotel but it was really more like an apartment building with no on site support. Everything worked out fine and we were able to call and track someone down who could help us.

Excellent Stay at Slow Suits Gran Via in Madrid - Highly Recommend! We had an amazing 3-night stay at Slow Suits Gran Vía in Madrid and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The spacious layout made it feel like a true home away from home, with plenty of room to move around and unwind. The internet connection was reliable, and the appliances in the apartment were enough and well-maintained, making it easy to feel comfortable and settled in. Water pressure was fantastic, which was a great bonus after a long day. One of the standout features was the incredibly convenient location. The apartment is centrally located, with a supermarket just 20 steps away. Even though there's no front desk, communication with the management was excellent. They were responsive and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend Slow Suits Gran Via for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay in Madrid. We will definitely be returning!
