To begin, the building only had one elevator that worked if you wanted to go down. There was a weird smell maybe mildew in the lobby as you waited. Next, there were no sheets for the pull out couch and when I called I was told they would come(2 hrs and 2 calls later) and the shower wouldn’t turn off. When I called and said this was unacceptable I relocated to a room with no pull out couch and only given a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Duncan Plaza, Roami properties, you should be ashamed!

Room wagreat. Clean. Therewas a couple of spots that could use some attention with some paint and a trim piece on the toilet paper holder was missing. Other than that it was all great.

Horrible experience. We got the one bedroom deluxe-- but the sofa bed which was advertised as pull out came with no bedding, sheets or pillows and the mattress is the flimsiest, filthiest thing l've ever seen in my life. We asked for extra towels-- they said one towel per person per stay. When we asked for bedding to be delivered, they simply brought sheets which had hair on them. This is a complete bait and switch. The unit looks nothing like the photos and I feel completely robbed of my money.

The building had a very unpleasant smell every day we were there. Photos are highly edited and the condition of the apartment and amenities did not accurately represent what was advertised. I did not enjoy my stay very much.

Prime location. Stayed there 4 weeks, different suite every 2 weeks. The suite facing O Keefe Ave was noisy at times with the sirens blaring from fire, police, etc, at 9 floors above ground. The other suite I had looked toward the east, toward the NOLA slyline, was quieter, was 11 floors high above the street. First time ever I experienced contactless check-in, check-out, had no major problems. Stylish spaces, looks larger than it is, and the home amenities allowed me to cook good food.

The room was large and had a nice view of the city. However the facility itself was quite dirty. It was a shared facility with apartments and other entities in the building. Had to contact multiple times to gain the entrance code to my room, and the contact number provided on the site was incorrect. The room itself had mold above the air conditioning vent and all windows were sealed shut and unable to open. WiFi was also not working in the building.

There were mice in my unit and I asked for a refund for the remaining days because I checked out early since it was not sanitary to stay there and they said they weren't going to refund me for the nights if I checked out early so I had to spend money on another hotel.

Had a great stay here! Close to shopping and Canal Street, also close to bars and restaurants. It’s also nice and quiet. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities! The gym and pool are awesome and I used them regularly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Excellent room, the AC was so nice. It’s smelly walking up to it due to a dumpster being on the bottom floor, but otherwise pretty walkable. Check in was confusing, so just pay attention to your texts for those instructions. Would stay again!
