The hotel staff was accommodating, however, the room had an unpleasant odor of smoke and visible mold growth. Additionally, there was significant noise disturbance during the night, affecting my ability to rest. To further inconvenience, there was a lack of available transportation options, such as Uber or taxis, when I needed to depart for the airport.

le personnel de l'accueil est très gentil. mais la chambre est très très salle, la housse n'a pas été changée, et il y a des taches visibles dessus, le sol, le salle de bain est extrêmement salle. coté rue très bruyant, même la nuit.. Jamais vu ce niveau, il n'y a aucun hygiène

Ich hatte ja zwei zimmer reserviert, eine Doppelzimmer der auf strassenseite war hat grossen Fenster gehabt. Ging eigentlich für den Preis. Aber Einzelzimmer der auf hofseite war hat nur kleinen fenster c.a 80x80 cm und durch dem Fenster ausblick war Treppenhaus.

Непревычно, что в отеле работают только мужчины. Наверное, поэтому чистота на троечку (под кровати не заглядывают ). В остальном, все довольно неплохо. Персонал приветливый, адекватный. Завтрак с 7.00 - хлеб, масло, мед, 2 вида сыра, помидорка, маслинки, яйцо, чай. Можно пользоваться посудой, холодильником и кухней, готовить самим. Каждый день меняют полотенца по 2 штуки. Дают тапки, мыло и пузырёк с гелем. Парнишки (из Узбекистана, кажется) маленько говорят по-русски. Рядом с отелем, сразу слева, хорошая кафешка. Мы там ужинали.

Отель произвёл приятное впечатление. Бронировал номера на сайте hotels.com Однако при заезде информации о брони в отеле не было. Нужно было позвонить заранее. Администрация решила вопрос быстро. Через 20 мин мы уже были в своём номере. Чисто, аккуратно, уборка номеров. Правда при заселении в номер обнаружили, что предыдущие жильцы курили в номере. Стоял запах. Поэтому лучше при предварительном звонке уточнить, устраивает ли вас такой номер Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый, готовый помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Номера уютные и достаточно просторные. Район тихий. Сразу по соседству можно по ужинать в закусочной. Вкусно и недорого. До Метро пешком минут 20. Автобусная остановка в 2 минутах ходьбы. Вообщем не пожалели. Рекомендую. Спасибо персоналу и администрации отеля.

Qu’on est arrivé on nous a dit que la réservation n’avait pas été validée et qu’ils n’avaient pas encore reçu l’argent. Nous avons passés au moins 45 min a discuter avec eux au comptoir et ce par le biais de Google translate étant donné qu’ils ne parlaient pas un seul mot en anglais ni français. Souvent quand on leur posait une question ils se parlaient en turc entre eux et avait l’air de se moquer de nous, chose qui nous a beaucoup irrité. Et puis, il y avait une fille aux cheveux noir au comptoir qui était très désagréable. Elle ne nous regardait même pas dans les yeux, ne nous saluait pas etc etc. Mais les garçons etait très sympas et très pro. Ils éteint à l’écoute et avec eux on se sentait à l’aise

It was unbelievable because it had budget rooms but the welcome and the way we were treated was the best by Seyhan Ona what a person to make you enjoy a holiday. The 12 of us need to thank Seyhan for being part of our family when we got there. It was great u will definitely see me again.
