I feel like the quality at this hotel has deteriorated. The last time I was there, they were pumping out the sewage tank while we were eating our breakfast and the entire lobby smelled of sewage. This time the door to the room didn’t work. One of the doors in the room didn’t work as well. Additionally, the guitar in the room, which I enjoy using when I come to visit was missing multiple strings and they had no replacements at the front desk. I told the manager about these items and he apologized, but downplayed it. Breakfast was late the following morning and I had to leave to get to work and missed it. I told the manager about this on the way out, and he also downplayed it. I called to mention my experience on the managers line but never received a call back. Overall, I am disappointed because this is not the quality I have come to expect when I stay here in the past. On top of that, the prices have gone up significantly. I hope the hotel will take this feedback to heart because my sense is they are trying to do well.
