Great location for beach, walks to Marina. Eclemer if wanting a good walk with some beautiful spots on route. Shopping, restaurants, bars on doorstep. Loved this hotel as we had the perfect lookout of the villages & hills. Tops for us. Staff amazing.

Room needs cleaning more thoroughly

Nice big room with great sea view. The hotel was fine, breakfast was good enough. The cleanliness of the room was not great, with hair on the floor and some grubbiness in the bedroom and bathroom.

By far this was our worst experience ever. Save your money and don’t get catfished by their photos. Upon our arrival to the property, we’ve been received by a very unprofessional, rude receptionist. We have booked a suite with two rooms that sleeps 5 people. He insisted that we need to pay for two more people as it shows on his end that we booked for 3 people only. Giving that the room price doesn’t change by # of people. We asked him to see the room to see that if it wasn’t enough so we can book another one, we went up with him & saw that literally it’s two rooms with one queen bed & the other with 3 beds however for some reason the toilet in the bathroom was disassembled! He commented they will put it together. Completed the check in, paid for extra 2 people, & he gave us only 1 key card for all of us! A card that it had been used for years with a sticker on it with the room number, & went to the suite. We’ve waited for 40 min for someone to come and fix the toilet, yet no one showed up. Called in & the receptionist said ITS FUNCTIONAL and you can use it. After that he didn’t pickup our calls. Not enough space to write about the horrible experience but the suite was extremely dirty, safe box that is in the main the room isn’t free, fridge smells awful, disgusting breakfast, & they have no access to the beach. The suite was partially sea view as there is a two lane street in front & a whole block of buildings then the sea walk then the beach. You need to pay to go swim.

This hotel was family friendly. The property was located in a good area it was close to the beach but away from noise pubs. I stayed at the family suite. It had two balcony with pool view and sea view. Hotel was clean and my room was clean regularly. Staff were friendly. Pool area was nice and clean with one adult pool and a small children pool. My family and I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. Only improvement is breakfast. It would have been nice if their was a bit more variety of foods such as fruits and breads. Turkish breakfast would have been nice experience for the guest. Overall, the property was safe and clean.

Eşimle birlikle üç günlük tatilimiz için tutmuştuk. Açıkçası konulan fotoğraflardan ve yapılan yorumlardan beğenerek tutmuştuk ama gerçeğin ne fotolarla nede hizmetle hiç bir alakası yok. Kahvaltı: oturma alanı yetersiz. Yeşillikler yıkanmamıştı ve böcek çıktı. Miktar ve çeşit olarak yetersizdi. Paket sarelle vs erimişti yenecek durumda değildi. Ve üç gün boyunca hep böyleydi. Tek iyi şey karpuzdu. Temizlik-oda: tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı klozet kırıktı ve içerisi siyahlaşmıştı. Havlu ve çarşaflar lekeliydi. Duş ürünleri ve oda terliği yoktu terliği isteyince verdiler. Oda ikram namına su dahil hiçbir şey yoktu. Havlular değiştirilmedi oda temizliği ise sadece bir gün yapıldı. Hizmet: konuşmaya gerek yok çünkü işletmenin öyle bir şeyden haberi yoktu. Üç gün boyunca kimseyle iletişim kuramadık geçerken yüzümüze bile bakmıyorlardı. Kısacası asla tavsiye etmiyorum fotoğraflara kanmayın tam bir hayal kırıklığı.

Kahvaltı 10’da sona eriyordu 09.40’da kahvaltı için aşağı indiğimizde aç kaldık çünkü yiyecek hiç bir şey kalmamıştı, personeller 20 dakika için biten ürünleri yenilemekle adeta uğraşmamışlardı. Üzülerek bunu belirtmek istiyorum. İstediğiniz sadece başınızı sokacak temiz bir yer ise tercih edebilirsiniz.
