Fantastic location especially if you want to visit Hans Christian Anderson’s house and museum. Very modern hotel. Room was a little small but it was very comfortable. Only gripe was that they stop serving breakfast at 9:30am on weekdays and if you’re 1 minute late you won’t get served.

Nice with a few quirks

Lovely front desk staff. Room was nice and large by EU standards. The only issue was the AC/heat did not work. Contacted the front desk right away (to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong- climate control is different in hotels/countries). Someone even came to my room to check. I was told everything was okay, but it takes 4 hours to work. Really 4 hours!! I was told to just open a window if I was hot. Great, what about heat in the morning? The temp was set to what I wanted, and 8 hours later it still wasn’t working. One other small annoyance. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which is a bit early. The annoyance, it’s not that the buffet ends at 9:30…you must exit the breakfast room at 9:30. The stay starts harassing people at 9:15, to finish and leave. Come 9:39 people with half eat breakfasts were forced to leave. Some carried their plates into the lobby to finish eating.

Fint standardhotel. Hotellet er relativt nyt og har fine fællesområder. Høfligt og hjælpsomt personale. OK beliggenhed, men støj fra feststemte unge i weekend. God kvalitet morgenmad, selv om bare lidt variation ville være godt fx i frugt. Værelserne er dog små og derfor trange og mørke. Dårlig og hård seng, som var en boxmadras med topmadras, der skred hele tiden. Ingen ekstra puder, som ellers ville have været rart. Rengøringen kunne have været mere grundig - der var ikke støvsuget under sengeborde og der var sorte fingre på dør og stænk på vægge i badeværelse. Hotellet er udfordret på deres internet, hvilket bl.a. betyder, at tv'et ikke kan få kontakt til kanaler eller mister signalet flere gange undervejs i et program. Fine parkeringsforhold i kælder under hotel.

Et flott, moderne hotell midt i sentrum av Odense. Parkering i p-hus, flotte rom, god seng, stort bad, god wifi og en utmerket frokost. Kan absolutt anbefales.
