8/10 Very good

Nice resort, but could use some refurbishment

Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend as part of trip to take grandson on Williams Polar Express. Staff were great. Condo was part of a resort that had golfing, a pool, mini gold and a rec room with refreshments. So, lots of positives. Facilities were clean, but aging. Kitchen was well stocked, but trying to cook a Thanksgiving meal was a bad idea; just too small of a kitchen area. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. King bed in one room was okay, but the 2 twin beds in the other were terribly uncomfortable.

We loved how spacious the town home was and that the kitchen was fully equipped. It is a little old and could be updated. 2 things that were disappointing was that all the plug ins were so old they did not hold the cords and to charge phones/computers/iPads were difficult. Secondly, the out door patio hot tub that was connected to our room was disgusting. It had hair in it and so much chlorine that it burned your skin. It was so dirty you could not see the bottom. It was unusable.

Great once they get around to getting you a room.

We had a lot of fun. They have minigolf, foosball, billiards, and board games at the clubhouse. The children had fun with all the activities. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. They would not let us check in until 4pm and we arrived at 12:30pm. Although everything else was great, not sure if we'll use Wyndham again because they are the only hotel who has made us wait until the listed check-in time.

Polo towers in Las Vegas

Enjoyed the large kitchen, the living room and the spacious bedroom. The rooftop pool was also a nice touch.

Top notch service - great stay.

We stayed 2 nights here and loved it. It's in a great location in Flagstaff and easy to get in and out of. We were in 29B I believe, which was basically a condo. The check-in and concierge folks were great. It snowed really hard the first night we were there and the ground crew was clearing our steps and driveway before we even walked out of our condo. We didn't use any of the facilities, like the golf course or pools or restaurants, but they looked nice as well. I enjoyed everything about our stay and would book there again in a heartbeat if we head back to Flagstaff. They actually called us a few days before our stay to see if we needed anything specific.

NAU visit

Excellent amenities. We were there to visit with our granddaughter going to the university. She was thrilled to be able to have a home cooked meal, make cookies and do her laundry.

One night in Flagstaff

Stayed here for one night on a whistle stop tour of Arizona and Utah. Once we found the check-in (located in a small building on the main road) our experience was an entirely positive one. The staff were all extremely polite and took a genuine interest in our plans, including informing us that one of the roads we planned to use the next day was closed due to flooding. The "room" itself was a self contained , semi detached property with kitchen , living area and bedroom with ensuite - all very well equipped including large Tv's in both the living area and bedroom and a huge fridge freezer. We visited in October and the night time temperarure dropped however the heating was great and warmed the whole place up. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a bonus after a long drive. We were given a pass for the leisure club but didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool or hot tub before continuing on our road trip

Nice little cabin.

Really nice 3 level cabin tucked away from the main road (read: quiet), needed to take stairs to reach it though so be aware if you have heavy luggage. Everything worked great and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. I would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!

Great place for families to stay in Flagstaff! Only downside was the high pressure sales pitch from Wyndham when we arrived - after a 10 hour road trip.

Nice family resort

The Wyndham Flagstaff Resort is a nice family orientated resort in Flagstaff with many accommodations for all types.

Clean air, forest to desert fun and relaxation.

Tall pines, quiet, lovely, well kept condos and grounds as well as plenty of activities if you want them. The surrounding area is full of great adventures...Grand Canyon, Lowell observatory, Meteorite Crater, Lava beds, Walnut Canyon, and Sedona nearby. A family trip to make memories forever, or a quiet private get-a-way.

Rented a two bedroom unit which was very nice. Bed in Master bedroom was way too soft and not so comfortable. Very roomy, even for five, and emaculate. Recommend.
