酒店很偏遠，如没有駕車，從韶關打車來回已差不多是1晚房價。酒店說只有1輛車供預訂接送，根本無法應付需求！ 酒店設施質素一般，馬桶易塞。厠所門關不了！電視只有電視台，連普通賓館有的網絡節目也沒有！房內無可用的wifi，只提供有大陸電話才能登入使用的wifi。 早餐種類尚算豐富，味道一般，咖啡極難渴！ 温泉設施卻是不錯的，就是鐘太少，不方便看時間！管理也不理想，魚池要收錢，早上10點了熱石板也沒有開動。 總的而言，不值一去！
