Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt in Ocean City. The location honestly could not be better, just steps away from the boardwalk and beach which made everything extremely convenient for our family. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly from check in to check out. You can tell they take pride in the property because the rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast. For a hotel breakfast, it completely exceeded expectations with a great variety of fresh options and quality food each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had in Ocean City. Great atmosphere, excellent service, clean rooms, and an unbeatable location. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting OCMD.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the people on the boardwalk. The hotel was ready for the summer even if the outdoor pool wasn't used much. Breakfast was fine and coffee great. The staff helped with several questions. Not all shops and restaurants were open yet but several very nice places were. We had dinner at Coastal Salt next door. Pizza Boss pizza on Friday night late from a short walk on the boardwalk. Lots of deliveries to the hotel. Did everything we needed to do for our 97 year old grandmother who spent Saturday with us.
