breakfast options were limited, which you had to pay for @$15 per person ( not worth it). Other than that the staff was good- no real complaints. Service was good ✅ very clean✅ parking✅ (someone broke into 2 cars the morning before we got there but we had no problems, so park at your own risk). Bed-average (not typical Hilton quality but ok)☑️ area is a little shady but it was the only hotel that was affordable and close enough to UC. I would recommend if you need a hotel within the area.

We had outstanding service by Jax. The hotel seemed to be having plumbing issues and flooding which the property manager was handling well. The staff were all so pleasant and accommodating. I would stay here again however, there are (at least 2) Hilton Garden Inn’s (Dana and Dowling) so I recommend double checking the location you intend to be in.

It was just ok. Way too many extra fees and too expensive for what we got through Hotels.com. I’ll never do that again. The supper was good but way too expensive. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit but it wouldn’t work and no one would help us. They wouldn’t even look at it or even try.

Very nice hotel, kind of in an odd spot, but it worked for our needs. We were on a road trip and this hotel out of 5 others had the better pull out couch bed. It still wasn't as great as a normal bed, but a little more padding for sure. Rooms were clean, staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

My daughter was attending a mixer and college visit at Xavier that required us to spend the night. This was a fantastic option for us. We were a 4 minute drive to campus. I wish there were more local places to eat around the hotel but, since there weren’t any good breakfast options between the hotel and campus, we ate at the hotel. It was $13 per person but it was a made to order breakfast and the food was good. I recommend this hotel for any visiting parent, for sure.
