Great Location; awful conditions.Feels like 1970's

The location is amazing. The condition of the apartment is awful. This hotel should be a hostel with private bathroom. The personnel were rude and not welcoming. The common hallways were really dirty. This place remind me the hotels in 1970's. I would not recommend to stay there!!!

Приезжаю в этот отель третий год подряд,огромное удобство,что в номерах есть микроволновая печь,холодильник,электроплитка,необходимый набор посуды для приготовления пищи.Магазины в шаговой доступности,набережная и пляж в трех минутах ходьбы,прекрасное местоположение. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал,всегда готовый придти на помощь.

Etablissement très bien placé, mais de qualité très très moyenne. la photo de l'extérieure mise sur votre site correspond à l'hôtel 4 étoiles en face car l'établissement The Home Appartement à une façade totalement defraichie... On peut estimé qu'il y a tromperie ... Le premier soir il n'y avait pas de protection de matelas juste un drap très fin sur un matelas déjà bien usagé, nous avons été obligé de mettre des draps de bain sous le drap... l'ensemble de l'établissement est très vieillissant ...Le parking indiqué dans le descriptif n'est pas utilisable

Towels sheets, kitchen bar all spotless and room well kept. Couldnr be closer to the beach and right in the heart of town-foodstores, shops, theatres. all near by. Only problem- for people with cars is lack of cheap parking in the area. .

Friendly Staff, Affordable Rooms

I loved the Home Apartments! They were friendly and super helpful. If you aren't out enjoying Tel Aviv and in your hotel room the whole time, no wonder you don't like the place. It is right by the beach, get out there.

The staff was disorganized and disgruntled. One staffwoman screamed and threathened my husband about an issue at checkout. Later she came to appologize for her mistake and her behaviour.

WORST HOTEL IN Tel Aviv

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I caution you that this hotel is by far the worst accommodation in all of Israel. My experience was dreadful and I will never forget it. The culture of Israel may be more direct and fast paced than some western cultures such as America, however, one staff member of this hotel (blonde woman) was beyond rude and even violated basic tenant/hotel agreements. Upon check in, I was told that check out is 11:00 AM and it was posted on the wall. They failed to provide any receipt or further description of hotel rules/guidelines as the printer was broken according to the staff member. The phone in the room to call the front desk did not work, nor did the Wifi. Although I originally booked a reservation for one night, I asked the associate in the evening if I could extend my stay one day. The employee working that shift told me it was not a problem and I would pay the difference in cost upon checkout. This was evidently not communicated to the morning shift employee (blonde woman, don't recall her name). She had the audacity to not only bang on my door at 11:00 AM, but curse me out and scream at me without permission to enter. She claimed I never asked to stay. Her supervisor Alaa made the situation somewhat less uncomfortable, however her attitude and treatment towards a paying customer was despicable. Customer service and respect takes precedent for me over any other factors, so unless you want to be treated like crap I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing location! Great Beach, restaurants etc nearby. I hate that you must leave key everytime you exit hotel. I got attacked by bedbugs the last night when i used spare pillow from closet.

Ritornata dopo un anno a Home. Nel 2017 vi avevo soggiornato per diversi mesi. L'albergo è degradato in modo spaventoso. Sporco, materasso pieno di macchie, cuscini gialli polenta. In 10 giorni di soggiorno la biancheria da letto è stata cambiata solo una volta. Frigorifero invaso dal ghiaccio. Prodotti bagno e colazione "dimenticati" il più delle volte dal personale di servizio.esperienza da dimenticare
