The ONLY negative would be the way too tall and way too hard beds. SO uncomfortable. The breakfast was abundant and fresh. The staff was kind and considerate. The hotel was classy and beautiful. Well taken care of.

I needed to stay near the Hospital Vivian Pellas which is 5 minutes away from hotel, the location was perfect. The zen feeling of this place is super relaxing and peaceful. I am amazed by how nice the staff is and the quality of service they provide. They can get me a taxi to pick up and drop off at the hospital or airport. They provide laundry service and everyday room cleaning. Their lunch and dinner are quality meals. I am pleased with my stay. I will definitely pick this place again rather than staying at a big named hotel.

Mixed feelings.

Nicte is a lovely oasis in a very nice neighborhood that is very hard to enter and exit during rush hours. We were in a suite that lacked hot water, the basin stopper didn't work, the sun shades damaged. There are better values for the money in more convenient neighborhoods.

A mejorar puedo decir la atención del personal que atiende los desayunos, específicamente una chica que atiende es poco amigable y tiene cero actitud de servicio al cliente; podrían mejorar la selección de jabones para ducha también… sería un plus que den una opción de gimnasio con máquinas de verdad jeje
