Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money.

I found the room to be very dirty. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of cobwebs and a spider on the ceiling, then really questionable streaks / stains on the sheets. I could not sleep comfortably the first night, I booked a tour the next day, so I packed my bags so I could leave that day even though I paid for 2 nights. So thats what I did, I moved to another hotel down the street and cut my losses. They can book tours and transportation if you need, though in hindsight, I think the tours are rushed and its better to hire a personal driver for the day. I did that the next day in Ninh Binh and it was a much better and cheaper experience. Breakfast was okay, you order from the menu and its made to order.
