I stayed last year thats why stayed this year also. Is very centrical compare with other hotels around. Specially cuz this hotel has 3 restaurants next to it and the other ones doesn’t. (Tacos, steakhouse and Indian food). Also include breakfast and is only 20 mins drive from Zion National park.

If you were to just base your stay on outside appearance only, you probably keep driving. The building is in need of some major repair. The siding is falling off and the windows are old. The rooms are in satisfactory condition as far as cleaning goes. Staff was friendly and the area is nice.

There’s only one issue I had with the property. On the bathroom mirror it mentioned how the sheets are changed every 3 days, for water conservation and environmental factors, and we stayed there 4 days and the sheets were never rotated. Other than that it’s an excellent place and I completely recommend it to anyone visiting Zion. Wayyyy above average for the price!
