We requested a cot bed for our toddler and were charged an additional €15 for it. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We were provided with a disassembled cot that my husband had to put together himself. It came without a proper mattress or linens—only a random baby blanket, which we weren’t even sure was clean.
A very young and seemingly inexperienced staff member was unable to assist further, and we were told that a more senior manager was unavailable at the time. When we followed up the next morning to request a refund for the cot charge, we were again told that the manager wasn’t available and that they were reluctant to offer any compensation.
For a paid service, we expected at the very least a clean, pre-assembled cot with appropriate bedding, along with better customer support. This fell well short of acceptable standards.
