The room was clean. Hotel staffs are very nice. Location is not the most convenient. It is located in the industrial area which is about 10 mins from the Kowloon Bay MTR Stn, the MegaBox and the Kai Tak Shopping Malls.

清潔感がありスタッフも英語が通じてフレンドリーな方でとても良かったです。 アメニティもあったのでよかったです。 シャワーの水が少し下水のような臭いがしたのでそこが少し気になりました。 シャワーの水圧や温度は安定していました。 バス停まで少し歩く点と夜は人通りが少なかったです。

バスの路線によりますが、歩いて10分以下の場所にバスが停まります。地下鉄の駅からは歩いて15−20分ほどの距離です。荷物が多いならバス利用、買い物目当てなら地下鉄をオススメします。 私は英語も広東語もできませんが、ホテルスタッフは翻訳機を使ったり、日本語で対応してくれました。 寝る際に周りの部屋から音が響いてくる場合がありますが、私は気にならないレベルで済みました。疲れて寝るだけの人なら全く問題ないと思います。 近くのショッピングモールは歩いて10分ほどなので、買い物や食事で困ることはないと思います。良いところです。 中心地や中環からは少し遠いので、その辺行く方やマカオ、ディズニーに行く方は不便かもしれません。

Pas terrible, d’après la note donnée pas hôtels . Com je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux, pour commencer l’hôtel est très très mal desservi, en effet très peu de bus à proximité pas de métro bref la galère… pourtant le service de transport en commun hongko gais est extraordinaire, ensuite l’hôtel est vieux, la moquette est salle, l’hygiène est limite, et pour couronner le tout et c’est la première fois que je vois ça, notre fenêtre donnait directement sur les fenêtres d’autres chambre de l’hôtel, donc autant dire que l’on a pas vu la lumière du jour

Big rooms and good room service building itself seems to have a moisture issue the water smelled like algae and it always seemed to have a damp smell... rooms are in great shape and room service is prompt... location requires bus service to its hit or miss... you get what you pay for

Surrounding areas are OK. It was strange that that the air conditioning and air purifier were turned on 24x7. We had issue with high humidity of the original room and the situation was not improved when we changed to a different one.
