We arrived in the lobby and asked if we can cancel and receive a refund because we needed to get urgent to Izmir. The lady at the front desk called the manager and the manager said it is ok, they can cancel and we can go. But they did not respect what they said, we did not receive a refund.

Belle chambre, une terrasse agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute , disponible : notre chambre donnait sur le jardin où se tenait un mariage, à notre demande on nous a immédiatement attribué une autre chambre plus spacieuse et tranquille. We stayed here to rest during a road trip without having any expectations but ended up being really comfortable. It's a new hotel, our room was comfy. They had a small-medium size buffet for breakfast and everything was really tasty which I really prefer to those extremely varied but bland hotel breakfasts. We were really satisfied overall.
