Wir waren für ein Konzert für eine Nacht da. Der Service ist super! Und wurde beim Regenwetter direkt ein Schirm angeboten. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich. Da wir nicht im Hotel gegessen haben kann ich dazu leider nichts sagen. Würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Dit hotel maakt zijn 5 sterren waar! Ik reis veel voor mijn werk en verblijf dan meestal in 4sterren en soms in 5 sterren hotels. Refined luxury in Freiburg

This is one of the finest, loveliest, and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. I was traveling with my husband and 4 adult children, and everyone agreed it was “the best hotel” ever. The furnishings, customer service, and amenities were outstanding.
