Ok hotel. Room was OK for 1 - just. Would be crowded for 2. Obviously just for 12 hour flight connection was fine. Dinner & breakfast was included, but poor choice, but was flying Oman Air as Gold member lounge access (next to hotel) was better and free.

For a tourist this hotel is ideally located, however a tourist needs a reliable, or workable USB connection. The guy who came to look at said the whole hotel system not only not working but has not worked for some time. The bathroom a complete disaster looks nice but no place to hang or place items like shaving razors etc. extremely poor design. The bed excellent, a d slept well.

Restful Night - Long Layover

The hotel room was beautiful. Very spacious and modern. The shower area is very nice - glass doors are a lovely touch, again, very modern. The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. The only issue I had was that there was no soap to wash my hands. However, there was shower gel and shampoo there. I would like to give a special mention to the restaurant situated next door. The young lady in there went out of her way to help me with my food. She even had the chef prepare bread for me specially. So, a big thank you to her. Customer service went above and beyond with this young lady. A very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel.

Great for transit

We had a 14hour transit so this was perfect. We booked 12 hours and this was perfect. We got a breakfast and lunch voucher and the food was generally good. Not a huge variety at breakfast but we all found something we liked. The room was clean and comfortable, we all got a good sleep.

Knew to stay in transit, got to hotel and one of the new staff told me to go through immigration and I couldn't get back in. Lost the room, money and stayed on the floor of the airport. Abominable. Too risky, don't stay!!!!!

Hotel mit wichtigen Vorabklärungen

Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man entweder für längere Zeit im Transit ist, oder wie bei uns, der Abflug am frühen Morgen vorgesehen ist. Das Hotel weist auf die Zutrittsmöglichkeiten hin, dass man im Besitz einer Boardingkarte ist. Ohne diese ist der Zugang zur Passkontrolle nicht möglich. Wichtig ist jedenfalls von der Airline zu erfahren, wie viele Stunden man vor dem Abflug durchgehen kann. Es gibt unter Umständen Airlines, bei denen der Zutritt nur gerade 6 Stunden beträgt. Ansonsten sind es 12 Stunden. Wichtig ist natürlich ebenfalls, ob man das Gepäck so früh auch einchecken kann. Bei Omanair wird das eher kein Problem sein, hingegen bei europäischen Airlines, die ihr Check-in oftmals nur etwa 3 Stunden vor Abflug öffnen. So viel zum Zugang. Über das Hotel selber kann man nicht viel erzählen. Es ist ruhig, sauber und mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Da Essen im Restaurant nebenan ist soweit ok. Die Auswahl ist sehr klein.
