Friendly, hard-working manager/owner but . . .

The place is falling down. A hole in the bathroom door had duct tape over it. The room was filthy! We found an old toothbrush under one of the two filthy chairs. The sheets were clean but the mattresses were old and sagging. The refrigerator was clean inside and the sink was clean. The toilet didn't work. Manager got repairman in but late at night. He knocked our only roll of TP into the toilet on his way out. TP holder and shower curtain rod were falling down. Towels were stained and grayish yellow. AC unit had spots of something all over it. Room phone didn't work, so manager replaced it. We are disabled but were on the second floor, so all those trips up and down steps (that people were hanging out on) were difficult. Motorcycle noise all night. Manager is a very sweet lady, but she needs a miracle or a million $ to fix everything.
