Great location, but unfortunately I didn’t feel the hotel was worth the cost. The room was very small, even though we didn’t book the smallest room available, so I’d hate to think how small that would have been. I booked the Cozy Comfort Room with breakfast and was disappointed to discover that breakfast wasn’t actually served at the hotel, but at another nearby hotel instead. That said, the breakfast itself was delicious, and the views over London from the Hotel Indigo were fantastic. Overall, the location was excellent, but I felt the room size and breakfast arrangements didn’t justify the price.

Never again, there is no roof top restaurant, it was closed, breakfast would have been in another building (500 meters away). Cleaning needs to be ordered each time. Rooms are super small. This roof top restaurant was the only reason to choose this hotel and that was closed. Do not book, if you like to eat breakfast in the hotel, instead walking to different location. This is a very bare bones hotel. The staff were kind and helpful (but you have to ask). The room was clean and it was easy to get in and out, even after hours. Personally, I prefer a more amenity heavy hotel, but for the price, this served us well. The room we stayed in did not have a TV (not sure if this is standard). It was clean and quiet, but probably not somewhere we would stay a second time, but only because we like a little more upscale stay. Perfect for saving money and having a clean place to rest your head!

The rooms were very small, but beds were comfortable. We had used hotels.com to book with "pay at property". Hotel was clean and great location, but room lacked some basics, like no tissue/kleenex, no hot water kettle, no phone, no shelf in shower. We were disappointed that the included rooftop breakfast required walking 3 min to a different hotel each morning, but the breakfast menu options were good. Biggest pro was location; biggest con was that the room was way too hot, even with the air conditioning as low as it would go, and the air conditioning wouldn’t stay on, so we needed to keep turning it on, even in the middle of the night (too hot to sleep through it), and this was in September, not mid summer.

Its an ok hotel, good location, safe, secure, clean. Rooms are quite small - even though it's advertised as being compact, manage your expectations. Theres no tea/coffee station or a tv, and the beds arent the comfiest. The A.C works quite well and there are lifts. Staff arent the friendliest compared to staff at other hotels. Wouldn't recommend a stay longer than a night or two.

The AC was very helpful on my room, especially with the warmer days and after being out walk around so much. The room was clean, though I did notice a spot or two on the fitted sheet...didn't bother me too much. Staff was very helpful, which was great! There is no bar/restaurant anymore at this property- keep that in mind when booking. Overall, great for short stays in Central London, where you can find loads to do at the doorstep of the property. No television in rooms.

Reason we booked was the roof top bar which we were only informed was closed on arrival. The only reason this is marked as okay is because the staff at Indigo (where we were sent for breakfast) were so lovely and helpful. The second lift was out of order intermittently and to be told the bar had been closed for weeks is terrible. Would give no stars if not for the indigo hotel. Will be booking the indigo hotel in future.

Location amazing, staff friendly and hotel clean and tidy. Two things i thought were a bit harsh. 1. No TV!? Im sure it says on the booking form/website but no tv is a bit tight. Come on its 2026 2.paying £15 to store luggage when your a guest in the hotel seems a bit unfair, you cant tell me you dont have a spare room to pop your guests luggage in for a few hours.

I appreciated the Assembly staff. They were very helpful and attentive. I do not understand the bunny theme, but beyond that, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Assembly again. It was very centrally located to the theater district and to many of London’s main attractions. It was very close to the Leicester Tube Station, various bus stops, Chinatown, and a slew of restaurants. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Pier, Big Ben, and the London Eye were within 20 minutes walking. Overall, it was a reasonably priced, great location for my four nights sightseeing London.
