This hotel is in a great location, you can walk all over old town from here. The bed was very comfortable and the room large with a desk, a sofa and 2 chairs by the window for variety. The included breakfast and daily snacks were great.

Staff are amazing

Stayed In 608 for 3 nights. Service was great, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious and had everything you need. Lift was next to room and can be heard when in use. Hot tap is temperamental in the room. Hotel had no fragrance. Some malodour on ground floor throughout the day. Would probably try another hotel if I was going back to Prague

My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrific. It started with Room 003 — to get there, you have to go through two sets of stairs, which is incredibly inconvenient if you have luggage. Then the AC broke down. While the staff did offer me a temporary room for the night (which, to be fair, was excellent), I had to return to my original room afterward. Even after the AC was “fixed,” it barely worked. The room was so hot that it came with two fans by default — which says a lot about the conditions. To make matters worse, loud music from the hotel’s bar could be heard clearly in my room. The bass pierced through the walls, and the music didn’t stop until 12:50 AM. On top of that, I could hear every movement from the room above me. Sleeping before 2 AM was nearly impossible. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly. But overall, the experience was extremely uncomfortable, and I would never stay here again — not even if the room was half price. Did I mention they didn’t even provide any bottle water in the room at all? But you can purchase it from the mini bar but not free.
This is just one of the two stair you need to walk up and down just to get to your room.

We stayed in a room that had two rooms separated by the bathroom area so it gave the two rooms privacy.The room was stunning and the hotel itself is quite. The staff were super friendly. When I called down for more toilet paper, I did not expect to have someone come immediately. Breakfast had a full variety and the offerings of some of the items changed from day to day. We were there four nights. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere (except to my kids dorm, we ubered there..very cheap)
