After a long travel day—coming from Milan and taking three trains—we were grateful to arrive at such a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully designed, and everything was impeccably maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony before taking the convenient airport shuttle the next morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near FCO.

Perfect for what we needed

Proprietors live on site and were very warm and welcoming people. They were very caring and we felt like guests at a BNB, more than a motel. They provided transfers from airport to hotel and back to airport even after we checked out, accommodating us by keeping a safe watch on our luggage for the day, until we had to go.

Great place. Impeccably clean. So close to airport. Run by very kind and friendly family. Would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion is better clarification of cancellation policy. We had to cancel one of two nights. Expedia policy implied there would be no penalty but there was. Management did some very nice things to make up for the misunderstanding.
