I stayed in this apartment for three days, and it was a very poor experience. The owner did not respond to phone calls, even when I had questions during my stay. Cleanliness was also a major problem: there was visible dust, and the towels had a very bad smell. In addition, the bedroom lighting was so weak that the room was almost dark at night. After my stay, I requested an invoice by email because there was no phone response, but even after three reminders I still received no reply. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this apartment.

Sehr schön die Lage, nur kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt, direkt links und rechts nebenan Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung an sich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings finde ich, könnte man für den Preis schon mal die ein oder andere Handwerkertätigkeit verrichten, so dass keine Schrauben aus den Wänden ragen oder man Angst hat, die Fernbedienung anzufassen. Dass man keinen antrifft, ist das eine, aber ich hätte mir vllt auch grade diesbezüglich etwas mehr Kommunikation gewünscht .

Wir konnten den Vermieter nicht kontaktieren, Hotel com auch nicht.das Haus wird renoviert, also müssten wir durch Schmutz,defekter Treppe zur Wohnung laufen,das schmutzige Treppenhaus wurde nicht gereinigt. Zur Wohnung: TV Bedingungen defekt, Stühle und Sessel mit grossen Schmutzflecken, Küche mäßig sauber, Bad: WC Deckel defekt, Fischarmatur auch, Kabine unten schwarze Schmutzränder, Balkon: Speis Flecken auf dem Boden, Fenster sehr schmutzig wo die Schutzfolie noch nicht einmal entfernt wurde. Wir waren nicht informiert worden dass die Wohnung sich in der Baustelle befindet

Es war toll, dass die Unterkunft einen eigenen Parkplatz hatte, da ich beruflich in Erfurt war und jeden Tag pendeln musste. Nebenan sind 2 Einkaufsmärkte, da konnte man spontan einkaufen. Obwohl das Haus noch in der Renovierungsphase ist, würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen.
