Do NOT stay here!

This hotel was terrible. There were many drunk people loitering in the parking lot. The room was dirty... down to a filthy sock in the tub. Would NOT recommend!

Outdated Hotel

The desk clerk who checked us in was friendly and business like. One of the keys we were given did not work, but we just used the one. The elevators and in-room bath were outdated and didn't seem to be clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. We didn't have the continental breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am where most hotels end this service at 10:00. Thee facility was a typical 'older' beach hotel. We chose this one for convenience but will not stay here again.

Avoid at all costs

We did not stay. I am trying to get a full refund from Expedia. Hotel doesn't refund if you didn't book directly from them. Horrible location, workmen laying on ground at front entrance, whole hotel was sub-par, certainly for Country Inn and Suites, who should take this off their roster. One elevator for entire building, stopped at every floor up and down. Other guests rude and pushy. Did not feel safe there.

It was okay

Overall it was fine, just not very updated and some things were pretty dirty. Lots of holes and marks on walls where things have been moved or replaced in the past. Carpets stained very badly. Tub in the room was filthy. Window air unit thing was really loud

The parking lot was full of ice. Walking from my car to the front door was all ice. Someone is going to get hurt The carpets and floors was a mess as I walked in and I understood that because of the ice and sand but when I open the door to my room, the carpet was dirty too.

The room smelled of old smoke immediately upon arrival. When the front desk was notified they did offer to change rooms. Our towels were exchanged and trash emptied, which was nice.

The staff were super helpful. Their key card system wasn't working, so a staff member had to let us in our room several times. There was always someone available to do so. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our only complaint is that the chairs in the dining area and the carpeting in the common areas and our room were stained and in desperate need of steam cleaning or replacement. They had been vacuumed, but there's only so much that can do.

Key system was down, I got stuck in the elevator for 27 min no apology or asks of a discount just nothing didn’t even put an out of order sign. Bed was absolutely horrible and heater made horribly loud sound when on. Would not recommend staying here

The key card system is broken and we had to be escorted into our room. The carpet and seat cushions in the dining area were filthy. The eggs were some kind of liquid and I have never had bacon soooo thin in my life. I mean literally paper thin. The staff were kind and changed our room after I complained of the smell. We were above the pool and it smelled horrible of chlorine.

Easy to find. Arrived around 11:30 am. I seemed to bother the front desk clerk. She wasn't at the desk but around the corner in an office. Came back at 3:30 and a very pleasant young lady greeted me and gave me my keys. Hall was in need of cleaning, stains on carpet. Breakfast was wonderful and employee was very nice and accomidating. Will attempt to come back.

Our room was so filthy and the carpet and furniture was so filthy and so beaten down that we did not want to walk barefoot in the room or sit on the sofa.
