Full kitchen was nice, apartment was clean and functional. Public transport (bus) was convenient and easy to use with Google maps. Late in getting access codes emailed out but everything was extremely smooth after that. Would certainly recommend it as a place to stay while in Quebec.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Had a very nice kitchen which I didn’t use. It would’ve been nice to have some paper towels, coffee, coffee filters and some other hotel amenities. Didn’t like that there was no concierge, the area felt very unsafe with all the homeless people around and garbage. Also, the hotel was very dark in the hallways. It was easy to walk up the hill to get to everything. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows felt of poor quality and I would have liked to have a closet, and luggage rack.

These lofts are an excellent alternative to a hotel room. They are reasonably priced and have kitchen facilities and even a laundry! The one we stayed in was in walking distance of all the main sights of beautiful old Quebec and walkable to the railway and bus stations. The bus 800 that goes to the falls stops 50 meters always. Thank you.

Love the area and the actual loft. Unfortunately, it was very smelly in the lobby and we found bed bugs in our room. We got bitten 20 times at night. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.

After I booked, they wanted me to text a copy of my credit card and ID, no place to check in. All the towels were in the washing machine dirty not washed. Ordeal to get clean towels. Room was 28C, only a small ac on the wall that was not the appropriate size for the room. The bunk beds were nowhere near the AC, and blocked by a wall, so too hot.

Our basement suite (LC104) was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and modern. It was a great place to return each night after a cold day out, and included all the cooking equipment we needed to prepare breakfast or dinner. The streets surrounding the accommodation were quieter than we expected, but there are nice restaurants and markets available, and it’s well located for public transport. Some things were missing that we had hoped to see for this kind of accommodation without daily housekeeping, such as dish clothes, paper towels, shower gel and hair conditioner, and a dustpan and broom, though we were able to get by with what was available. We pre-paid our accommodation via Expedia, and were contacted the day before our visit asking for credit card details by phone or email before we would be given any access codes. This kind of communication on such short notice was uncomfortable - more notice and more secure payment methods would be welcome.

This loft was a very comfy stay with two adults and one child. The kitchen is big and well set up. If two people are sharing the loft room be sure to bring a book light or some kind of flashlight for them, because there is only one very bright ceiling light in the tiny room. Great unit. Was in the basement but not a problem. Comfy beds and pillows. Great ktchen, washer and dryer. 20 min walk into old quebec with nice scenery on way. Pleanty of places to eat nearby. The apartment was very clean and nice. We loved the individual a/c unit in the bedroom. The bunk beds were not really in a separate room, really just an alcove with a curtain. It was great, especially a bus station is close to the hotel, it is easy to go to old Quebec, also everything is within walking distance. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Thanks and I'll stay here again. 버스정류장이 숙소 앞에 있어서 올드퀘백이나 기차역으로 가기가 쉽습니다. 예정보다 일찍 도착해서 30분 일찍 체크인가능하냐고 물었을때 직원이 친절하게 응대해줬습니다. 주변에 카페나 베이커리도 있어서 간단한 식사하시기도 괜찮고, 숙소도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 잘 나오고, 무엇보다 세탁기랑 건조기가 있었기 때문에 여행가방을 좀 더 가볍게 챙길 수 있었습니다. 만약 퀘백여행을 다시 간다면 여기로 예약할 생각입니다.

Certains petits manque dans l’esthétisme et la finition. Par exemple, l’accès facile à la boîte électrique, la moisissure sur les plinthes autour de la laveuse(sûrement un dégât d’eau qu’on a pas réparé) et le manque de garde-robe. Il y a bien quelques tablettes mais pas de support, aucun crochet, ni même de support à serviettes! Sinon, l’espace est très agréable et confortable!
