We stayed for 6 nights and change of towels would have been appreciated! Change of linnen only for 7 nights and above! But the stay was perfect, close to beach, city, shops restaurants etc! Kitschen was brand new!!!

Awful dirty. Room was infested with ants in the room crawling around on kitchen work tops, bed bathroom EVERYWHERE.hotel staff was instructed not to deal or make changes to room if guest complained till general manger of hotel returned from leave. Definitely would not recommend to anyone to stay at the property.

Could have been amazing

A nice property which could have been amazing with a little more investment and upkeep. For example, there is a glamorous salon with view of the ocean, however it was not clear how to turn on the light, and the personnel could not say. Finally we found the hidden light switch ourselves. The pillows are not comfortable There was a whole lot of commotion upon our departure involving the fact that we left the dishwasher to run the dishes before leaving, as we dared to have breakfast. However the location is convenient and we enjoyed the pingpong and billiard on rainy days. I wish someone would dust up this old gem.

What an absolute find this place is! Gated. Grounds. Boules court. Laundry. 3 Minute walk to beaches and dining. And that's just for starters. My husband and I were on holiday with our 15 year old daughter, so space and privacy were very important. Our room (110) was palatial! Entry way leads to a sitting area, a big kitchen table, an efficient kitchen with a full sized fridge. The view from the super tall windows was of the manicured front lawn and the ocean beyond. 1st floor bedroom with en suite for our daughter. Then upstairs was our room, next to another full bath. While the decor was dated, I LOVED it. I got misty-eyed with the front desk staff when it was time to check out. I don't know when I'll have the chance to return to Saint Raphael, but if I do, I'll stay for a while.
