The staff that worked as first contact with customers, were great. Very professional and courteous. However, the "gentleman" who actually checked us in was be bit more on the line of "why are you bothering me, you are beneath me." Check in is at 1500hrs, we arrived at 1430hrs. Since check out is no later than 1300hrs, and there were only a handful of clients, it bothered me that with an attitude, we were told to go sit down and wait until 1500hrs. No explanation, just go sit. I did not say anything to my wife who is non-confrontational almost to the point of fault. She wanted to tell him where to go and a few other things. I travel a lot, and the only time I have ever been "asked" to wait for a room, are hotels that do allow late check out, and they are full or close to being full.
