The hotel is older and it shows. Rooms were also loud as they placed me on the first level of the hotel I couldn’t even sleep it was so loud and paper thin walls! Would never stay at this hotel again! Not even worth it!

Last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. I accidentally booked the wrong day (my fault I understand) but when I went to check in still not knowing I booked the wrong date the lady at the front desk was so rude and just flat out wouldn’t help me. She told me I would need to book the correct date and pay for another day she wouldn’t just move the booking. She said it’s not her problem she couldn’t help me that I would need to call the manager in the morning. She then proceeded to not tell me right away that if she would cancel the booking (wrong date) that I would be out the money I had already paid for the room or I can come the next day and stay on the date I originally booked. She refused to help myself husband and two kids when we were in a sticky situation due to our flight being canceled we were not planning on having to stay another day. I got this review because I had to keep the original date booked and never stepped foot past the front desk. How rude the lady at the desk was to me and unwilling to just move the date we decided to not give this hotel anymore money so I had to go and find another hotel and pay more money so my kids could have a place to sleep and not have to sleep in the car.

This was a simple, budget hotel as expected. It’s not a best practice to announce hotel rooms out loud in the lobby, they should consider just handing the keys to guests with the room number written for safety purposes. The elevators made some scary noises and kept aggressively closing on me every day. I might come back for the right low price, and I was overall satisfied with my stay.

Upon arrival we were checked into a room about 9:00 p.m. exhausted from a day at Disney. Turned on the AC and nothing but a stuffy room. Went down and told the front desk she said she would send maintenance. I politely asked if I could just have another room because I didn't want to wait it's now 9:30. We hadn't even put anything in the room yet. 10:05 maintenance shows up coughing and sneezing with a mask on. Pushes a bunch of buttons and then told the front desk to give us a different room. Could have saved me an hour of sleep if she would have just done it. Woke up next morning to no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Told the front desk once again and they said maintenance would be up but we were leaving. Came back that night hot water was working. Went to have breakfast the next morning and everything was wiped out. Went to go to the vending machine, it was sold out. Mind you it's a Wednesday night and spring break has not started yet, and the parking lot was half empty. Front desk in for me I had to buy beverages from them that were $4.50 a piece for soda or Gatorade as opposed to the $2 a piece in the vendor. Overall stay was comfortable and the staff was more than friendly. After paying a $50 deposit and a Resort fee, I felt that $110 per night could have been spent better somewhere closer to the attraction. The resort fee was to cover breakfast which I did not get , the exercise room that had nothing but an exercise bike and weight machine, and amenities?

When we first checked in I felt bad cause there was only one person checking in a line of people. But she was amazing and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and nice and cool from ac. I will say the hallway was super warm and stuffy but I believe they were working on it. The only complaint I have about the room is brightness of lights in the bathroom for those that want to do their makeup or hair. My daughter thankfully brought her travel light up mirror. But we for sure will be booking here again as it was super affordable and only minutes from Disney.
