The hotel itself is quite convenient close to Disney, which is why we chose it. The check in staff was nice, breakfast was OK and room looked alright. We had a problem with our AC, and even though we brought it up to the reception the next evening it still wasn't looked at. Staff was alright, some quite helpful, the hotell was a bit old, some parts could be switched out like the carpets or overly used chairs. Otherwise an alright stay for the cost.

Check in was fine. Not overly friendly, just matter of fact. Room was fine. Remodeled, but still showing wear and tear. Clean enough, but there was hair in the bed/bedding, in the shower, and on the shower walls. The shower curtain was torn in multiple places, very worn. There was a hand print on the picture behind the toilet. You could tell someone tall rested their hand on it as they leaned over to use the toilet. No hot water, and the sink drained very slowly.

The place is clean and the staff are great. They charge an extra $20 a day, but everyone staying gets free breakfast, so that's nice. Only downside, and it's not the properties fault, is that it's not super close to dining and shopping, so you'll have to take a long walk or drive.
