The hotel is located at the same building of Dundee train station. The customer service is good and helpful. This hotel offers a high quality breakfast. The bread is freshly baked and delicious, the drink bar is spotless and well-stocked, and every item—from hot dishes to fruit—is of exceptional quality. A truly impressive start to the day.

Nice reception staff. Clean hotel. No food in evenings. Unless breakfast is included in your room rate, don't bother it's very poor I thought I had breakfast included. Turns out not. Cost £14 . Definitely not worth it. Hotel in general good Comfy bed. Good shower. Clean. Central. But breakfast is not worth paying for.

Great location. Clean spacious rooms. The parking is a real challenge. I don't remember getting any clarification on the parking situation. The car park is down the road a bit. DO NOT use the train station lot! But once you get the parking situation sorted, it's a fine spot

From the moment I was granted an early check in at 12 noon, until we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out, everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious with adequate storage and was absolutely spotless. It had had a lovely, compact shower room, and big fluffy towels. The location is perfect…walk out of the rail station and you’re there, with a Tesco two steps away!

Friendly welcome at reception, room and hotel spotless as on previous visits. Have upgraded from previous 4* to 5* as I've now come to terms with fact that evening meals that were previously provided by Sleeperz are no longer available and there are numerous eateries only a short walk away, and a Tesco downstairs in the station concourse.

Everything was spot on and no complaints.Staff were great. The only thing I would note is that the shower is pretty powerful, so the water was spraying out onto the floor in the bathroom. There was sufficient towels to mop it up and I like powerful showers, but thought I would note it.
