Good basic hotel. A little bit run down. But not that it affected the stay. Only two body towels in the bathroom, no small ones for the hands. Small but enough breakfast. Close to everything. Only downside is barking dogs and roster starting in 4 am with its sound.

However, the room itself could use some updating. The furniture and facilities feel a bit worn out, and a refresh would definitely make the stay more comfortable. Great location, seconds to main streets in town, and good for everything, good views of mountains, staff polite and helpful, rooms kept very clean. Only down side, both the rainfall and normal shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere, but for the price I couldn’t complain, bed was very comfy but could do with better pillows

We stayed there for 3 nights. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was included in our price which made it a great value. The buffet choices were awesome. Minor issue with the toilet flush was promptly rectified. Unfortunately, due to the rains and fog during our stay, the mountain view visibility was zero. Otherwise, we'd stay there again if we visit Sapa next time.

We arrived early in the morning. The guy at front desk ( sorry did not get your name) was awesome, he helped me about extending another night. He showed us where we can leave our luggages. The breakfast was buffet and really good. They have Phò in breakfast huffet. Will definitely come back.
