L Nimman Chiangmai Boutique is a decent price performance option, offering rooms that are in good condition, not outdated, and generally well maintained. The staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay.
However, my experience with the room itself was mixed. The first room I checked into was extremely dusty, stuffy, and had a heavy, stale smell. Once I mentioned it, the team responded quickly and moved to fix the issue, which I appreciated.
Still, even after that, the air quality in the room was a problem. Because of the air conditioner, the room kept a persistent dusty smell, and it felt like there was fine dust circulating no matter how long I kept the window open. Unfortunately, the combination of the stuffiness and the dust odor made the stay uncomfortable.
Overall, while the hotel’s staff and general upkeep are good, the air quality and ventilation issues were significant enough to affect my comfort. With better cleaning and AC maintenance, this place could be a much stronger choice.
