6/10 不错

The staff, the service and the food were second to none. The managers were approachable, waitresses polite and professional and food was over and above an excellent standard at dinner and breakfast. However, the room was outrageously over priced, dirty, bland and in desperate need if painting. I was gutted to have paid £199 for a room that was seriously misrepresented in photographs. It did cast a small shadow over what otherwise was an excellent experience downstairs and we appreciated that element which is absolutely bang on the money.

Comfy bed and friendly staff. Slightly noisy but to be expected given it's so central. Good breakfast and value for money.

Good central location within easy walking distance of shops, attractions and railway station. The room was clean with all the facilities needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and the bar and restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The included breakfast was very nice. Would not hesitate to stay again.

4/10 一般

Although the hotel facilities were good and the location was very central, our room was above the bar which was a club on Saturday night. The music was really loud till midnight. Although the web site mentioned that they had a DJ, we hadn't expected to be right above it.

Excellent little boutique hotel. Stayed a few times now in different rooms and have loved them all. Tastefully decorated and always clean. The breakfast menu is full of locally sourced food and very tasty with generous portions. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

4/10 一般

The bar downstairs is fun, noisy & lively. The bedrooms right above are the same. So if you don’t want a DJ in your bedroom until midnight, stay elsewhere. They provide ear plugs in the rooms, so draw your own conclusion. The breakfast was nice k the location was great, very central.

Super little boutique hotel, this was our second stay and we hope to stay again. The hotel is in a great position close to the award winning market and the town. Lots of interesting eating and drinking venues close by and lovely walks along the Severn River. The food at the Loopy Shrew is excellent as is the service.
