Very disappointed, booking cancelled but no notify

Didn't stay. Called the owner and he said that he cancelled the booked but I didn't get any email or text.

Ridiculous hotel

I just booked this riad 4 days ago, but was told it had been closed. I don't know why it was still exist in hotels.com website, and it could be booked successfully with fully payment, and it was claimed to be guaranteed. Of course, I could not move in and had to look for another hotel in the last few hours.
