Really helpful and friendly staff. Great-sized accommodation with everything we needed. Fantastic central location, and the breakfast was a lovely perk that we thoroughly enjoyed. On the morning of our departure, they let us know we had left some items behind and posted them to us the same day with next-day delivery. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Simplesmente a melhor surpresa em uma viagem de 18 dias entre Estoril, Barcelona e Lisboa. É algo diferenciado, lembrando um apartamento espaçoso entre os melhores no AIRBNB, porém com todos os serviços e confortos de um Hotel 5 estrelas. Localização incrível na r4egião do Chiado em Lisboa, apartamento amplo (muito maior e melhor que muitos hotéis 5 estrelas que custam 5, 6 vezes mais a diária. O atendimento na recepção é sensacional, destaque para o brasileiro Igor, que foi espetacular em tudo (ele tem uma história de vida incrivel, com 26 anos de idade já mora há 8 na Europa), e os serviços de arrumação nota 1 milhão de tão atenciosas como são as meninas que fazem isso (não lembro o nomes delas porque quem mais conversou com ela foi minha esposa). Certamente quando voltar a Lisboa ficarei novamente lá. Conheçam porque vale muito.

The staff was very friendly. Always responsive to our questions and gave lots of great recommendations. The apartment was very nice. Clean and big enough for 2. The very special thing is that they stock your refrigerator with breakfast items- yogurt, eggs, cheese, milk, water. And replenish when needed. They also bring u fresh bread daily. Such a great way to start the day. Location is convenient for sightseeing. Walking distance to river.

Greatly enjoyed! Welcoming staff and roomy apartment. Enjoyed the wine and breakfast that was provided too. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely rebook for a longer stay. Great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Metro close as well.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was perfect for a family of three including my cousin and mother. It was the home away from home and quite spacious. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I also had to return to Lisbon before returning home and at my second arrival, I received a Welcome Back greeting card and a bottle of wine! The only negative was the shower. It took a while before the hot water came on.
