Lovely room, absolutely massive. Location was great, right next to Dotonbori and the shopping district. Especially for the price it was such a surprise. An issue we had with other hotels was rubbish bins, this hotel had ample bins for us to throw stuff away. Staff were so attentive, so lovely and even just allowed an early check-in without any charge. Would highly, highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in Osaka would stay here everytime.

We are amazed by the easy check in and cleanliness of the room. Room is big with 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. Comfortable for a family of 5. Very clean & Great price

Very clean and the instructions were easy to follow. We had the 5 beds in 1 room. It was close fit but everything worked fine. It's about a 10-15 min walk to Dotonburi. We would stay here again.
