This property was absolutely fantastic! We wish we stayed longer. The hostess was warm and welcoming and so were her two cats. The apartment had all the amenities we could have asked for including extra beds and linens if we had needed. Our apartment/hotel looked over the lake for a stunning view all day long!

The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area to sit and picnic (or drink) on the hill of the property overlooking the lake. This hotel is listed as "pet friendly" and it is, but we were pleasantly surprised that there were no animal odors or fur in our room. Again, it was spotless. I can't say enough for the yellow cat (one of the owner's themes) Los Gualles (etc.) Hotel in Pucón.

The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar.
