To claim this is a luxury four star hotel is as far from the truth as you can possible come. Breakfast was great. The rest of the hotel seems old, and in desperate need of an upgrade.

We arrived at a warm summer day (27 degrees). Our room was incredibly hot and nobody had opened any windows to attempt to cool it down. The bathroom was dirty and even hotter than the room itself. The sink and toilet was not working properly. The toilet in the lobby could not flush. We were lured here by some very nice pictures but this was nothing like what we experienced. Sadly this was an overall bad experience.

Die Lage direkt am Wörlitzer Park ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und klein. Die Betten sind aber gut. Trotzdem stimmt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Wunderbar am Wörlitzer Park gelegen, der ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art ist, ruhig und sehr angenehm zum Spazieren gehen. Besonders die Gaststätte "Seeblick", auch montags geöffnet mit frisch geräucherten Forellen. Ansonsten hat Montag alles zu, auch die MuseenEmpfang im Hotel ist nicht optimal gelaufen. Keine Informationen, obwohl im Park gerade ein Event lief, zu dem wir gern Infos gehabt hätten. Erst zu spät haben wir uns selbst organisieren können, sodass der Sonntag Abend noch gerettet wurde. Frühstück am Montag auch nicht so toll, da wir immer um Nachschub nachfragen mussten. Von 9Uhr bis 10 Uhr wurde nichts nachgestellt, sodass das Buffet wirklich leer war.War am Dienstag wirklich nicht so und damit ein leckeres Frühstück, wie man es für 4 Sterne wünscht.

Das Hotel ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich und liest Einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Man fühlt sich wahrlich herzlich willkommen und das in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und herrlicher Natur. Wer Idylle und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Essen im Hotel war auch gut, wenn auch die Auswahl an warmen Speisen etwas zu wenig war und ich mir auch etwas traditionellere Gerichte gewünscht hätte. Und leider war es zum Zeitpunkt unserer Übernachtung in dem wirklich schönen Zimmer zu warm und ein Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage wären wünschenswert gewesen. Doch dennoch kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind auch großzügig und sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz großzügig hinter dem Hotel. Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen, Kaffee am Automaten und sonst alles da was man sich wünschen kann. Bei sehr warmen Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage empfehlenswert.

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig nachts. Wörlitzer Park sehenswert in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nettes Personal. Tolles Wörlitzer Bier. Biergarten. Speisekarte gut, Brotzeit mit echt lokaler Metzgerware. Frühstück sehr gut. Hotelparkplatz etwas umständlich zu erreichen aber kostenlos. Direkt vor dem Eingang auch freie Parkplätze. Mindestparkzeit 3 Stunden(?) für € 3,00. Abzocke der Stadt, €1,00 je Stunde wäre fair. Ich komme gerne wieder .
