good neighborhood location (quiet and clean), suite is clean and modern with balcony and patio doors that open (I got a private balcony view which was even better), friendly staff, very walkable to Laundromat, stores, food, and Angel monument

Good Place.

This was a good place to stay, great food all around you, the cleaning ladies were great they are the heart of this place, the ppl who are in front no matter if it’s at night or day they take good care of you. I would stay here agn.

I was initially concerned about some of the reviews mentioning noise from neighboring rooms but fortunately that never materialized. The property is very comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good stay and location. Reduced number of stars because the hotel claims to provise “Laundry Services” and “Laundry Facilities” suggesting you can launder your own gear onsite. This was one key reason for my choice after 4 weeks travelling. Sadly no faciliites ate available.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Armonik Suites. Everything was as advertised. Location was ideal for me to visit tourist spots. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Felt very safe in area. Room was spacious modern and very clean. Front desk very friendly and helpful. No English channels on TV but not a worry. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Excellent stay.

I was here for 11 days total. You can see my other great review. But I forgot to mention the WiFi works perfectly and there's a switch to reset it if you have problems. Our switch was under the counter on the bay window side of the room. The bay window opens right into the street a few feet above the sidewalk. Pretty cool feature of one of the rooms. Cleaning service was awesome!

Be careful. They’ll charge you 20 dollars for 2 hangers. I didn’t take any hangers and they are charging me for them.

Credit card overcharge

When we checked in at front desk charged us 1000 pesos for incidental which I understand , then went to the room, shows each coffee is 20 pesos , if you charge 2210 pesos a night and can’t give your guests 20 pesos coffee , that says you are not ready for big time hotel business ! Then first day we did not have any hot water, had to go to the desk and came back on two hours later. When ready to check out , we were told 1000 pesos will be returned within 3 days , after 4 days no money was returned and when called they said they are unable to return it to the credit card. If you want your money come to the hotel to pick it up cash. Now we are back in the US. We called a friend who got Uber to and back at our cost to collect our money that their system was unable to return, totally disappointed !!

El edificio se mueve mucho

La habitación en general esta bien y en buenas condiciones, sin embargo el edificio se mueve demasiado, al paso de cualquier camión pequeño, argumentan que es normal pero yo viajo continuamente a la CDMX y eso no es normal. La verdad me preocupa su resistencia en un sismo de magnitud alta, la verdad por esta situación no regresaría.

En general las instalaciones cumplen bien en mantenimiento y comodidad. No se puede decir lo mismo del estado de TOALLAS y SABANAS. Algún día fueron blancas y ahora se encuentran urgidas de cambio.

I think it is very convenient. Decently maintained. Starts to age. Some furniture pieces chipped. Nice snacks offering at decent prices in the room. Convenient terrace to work. Building shakes with street movement. It has no noise reduction. You can hear both the street and neighbors in the adjacent room as if they were in your room. Location is great.
