Walkway to rooms look dated. Waiting time for the lift also very long, especially during check out time. Other than that, room is clean, spacious and comfy. Rooftop pool very breezy with nice view. Breakfast selection is good too!

Can smell cigarette in the room and no free parkin

Booked for 2 nights. Once checked in to the room, we could smell cigarette in the bathroom. Someone was smoking in other rooms and the smell travelled through the ventilation. Dorsett should strictly impose no smoking in the rooms for all guests. We requested to change room. But we were bitten by insects in the night. Not sure if it is bed bugs or mozzies. Other than the view of the 27th floor, i guess we wont be staying at this hotel again. Parking is also not free and cost 3.71rm per entrance.

Disappointment

It's quite disappointing. Firstly, the room we chose had a bathtub in the photo, but upon check-in, there was no bathtub, making the advertised picture false. Additionally, we requested an extra pillow, which wasn't provided even after a 3-hour wait. We had to go back to the front desk to remind them about the pillow. The elevator felt shaky and unsafe. The bathroom tiles were already cracked, posing a safety hazard. The drinking water provided had a strange smell. The parking fee of RM 3.7 per entry is relatively expensive. Furthermore, the breakfast was lackluster and limited, and the omelette I ordered had an unusual and unappetizing taste.

Convenient location as there is a shopping mall, with choices of eateries & restaurants nearby. Also there is a supermarket at shopping mall & convenience stores too. Room is of reasonable size & clean. Just take note that some rooms are windowless so for those who has a phobia, better to book the rooms with windows. Internat is okay. Transport by cars, taxis or grab since no MRT station nearby.
