The biggest draw is the location and a fabulous view of the sea. Everything is walking distance and parking is provided (glad we had a smallish car though!) The decor is a bit dated. Room amenities are simple but functional. We didn’t think it was designed for a long term stay as limited room seating options but there’s so much to do in the local area you won’t need to be hanging about the room for long. The continental breakfast provided was excellent.

Lovely place to stay! David is a fabulous host and our fridge was stocked up with everything you could need! And you only have to ask for top ups of any items you might require..Not that we needed to! Great breakfast selection!!! Very clean and comfortable and lovely big towels. Right at the sea front and also close to the nearby streets.Perfect wee get away! Highly recommend.
