Nadine, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Superb location, for Albert Hell, museums etc. Accommodation is a student hall (for Imperial College) out of term - therefore rather spartan (no TV) but perfectly functional, clean, and relatively cheap for this part of London. Useful bar and small shop on site.
Stephen, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

An excellent, clean, quiet stay - perfect for museums, Royal Albert Hall & Hyde Park. We’ll certainly book again.

Basic accommodation in great location

Great basic accommodation, perfect location for hyde park. Very reeaonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Student accommodation so nothing fancy but had what we needed for a one night stay. Mattress was very firm. Nice setting with garden area in the square, handy shop downstairs.
Ruth, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were hotel-like despite it being a residence hall. The fire alarms truly do go off a lot! At least 3 times during my 7 day stay.

ideal for show at royal albert hall .
Paul, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

For the price, the room was great. Comfortable, clean and everything you need. Only problem was our toiletries were taken when the cleaning staff came round in the day.
Claire, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

it's a dorm room, but quiet and central

Pros: - good location - quiet - functional layout Cons: - long line to check in - uncomfortable mattress - little ventilation - deep grime/wear (e.g. moldy shower grout)

Wide desk. We could use refrigerator in the kitchen. When we used a laundry machine, we need to download an ap..
Nobumasa, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

Booking in was awful 1& half hours Bed very uncomfortable & noisy
Darren, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

These are college dorms and should be considered in that regard. The only thing that makes this space a bit uncomfortable is the tendency for fire alarms to go off at any point and the lack of toiletries available (e.g., towels, drinking water, ice, and iron)
Wilfrid, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Close to the Tube, Museums and Hyde Park

Located just a short walk from South Kensington, with both a Tube station and museums, this a summer hostel. Just a block off Edgeware road, I found this a great place to stay. Close to Hyde park which is perfect for a morning walk or run. Room was basic, but clean. Small bathroom and a pretty good bed. No TV, but if you need it, bring a laptop and hook up to the wifi. In spite of being just a short distance from a busy street during the day, it was surprisingly quiet during the nights, and I could sleep with an open window.
Oddbjoern, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Checking in was horrendous queued for nearly 2 hours nearly made us late for an event we had booked breakfast which was supposed to be included we couldn’t find, the whole experience was diabolical will not stay there again the only plus side was it was close to RAH
Sharon, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Cheap accommodation. Very small rooms. A little noisy.
Michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Bathroom had mould. A shame to let this basic but convenient facility fall into disrepair
Gail, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Horrible experience

I was bitten by a bee when I am bathing. It was a horrible experience and the entrance is hard to find and no air condition. But the location is good anyway.
