Clean and Great Location

Nice clean hotel in a great central location. Room was clean, bathroom was much nicer than comparable hotels I have stayed in.

Good for short visits

Very nice for short visit. Nothing extra but nothing extra was needed. Liked very much the online check in and possibility to open doors.

Basic

Good location but insanely complicated check-in and door access. Room and bathroom facilities pared down to the absolute minimum and run down, but just about usable.

6/10 Good

Great location, but some comfort issues

The hotel is right in the heart of London, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—it’s steps away from the subway, which made getting around the city really easy. One thing I didn’t realize beforehand is that the bathrooms are shared with other guests. While they were kept very clean, it was still a bit of a challenge, especially at night. The door code for the room was quite long, so I had to carry my phone with me each time. Traveling with my niece, who was on her first big trip away from home, made me feel a little uneasy about that arrangement. The street outside is quite busy, so it can get loud, especially since the windows need to stay open with no air conditioning. Another detail that stood out was the beds—the mattresses were placed on wooden box frames that were a bit smaller than the mattresses themselves. A few times I felt like I might slide off the edge, which wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, the location is excellent, but some of these details made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

Good price for the location

Single room is small but clean and comfortable. Your getting location rather than size! It's good though. Easy check-in/out.

6/10 Good

Close to transit. The carpet in the room didn’t seem clean. There was a lot of outside noise. the bathrooms were decent size and somewhat clean. I wish they had tables to set your things down in the bathrooms. The luggage storage was tight and small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was decent for what we needed for a day.

Very central and thoroughly serviced during our stay. Staff were very friendly and available.
Margherita, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The location is ok but the hotel offers no amenities or services. The shower's water was cold in the morning and we run out of toilet paper and it was not replaced. No air conditioning in the rooms and the rooms open on a backyard space with noisy plant rooms from commercial shops. No concierge and quite difficult for interacting if guests don't speak English.
Vittorio, 3-night trip

The hotel was clean, mostly quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had read some negative reviews before going but I had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Check-in was ok, overall was a good experience.
Rohit, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is a lovely property close to cafes, restaurants and public transport. It is within walking distance to London Bridge station for the train to Gatwick Airport. There is no lift and the stairs are quite steep and narrow. Ok if you have a small case or bag. Difficult with a large heavy case. Our king room was very spacious and comfortable with 2 very comfy arm chairs, opening windows, heating and a fan for warmer weather. The bathroom was nice although needed a new toilet seat lid (broken); the grout needed a good scrub and there was quite a bit of black mould. If required, I would stay here again.
Louise, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff was super friendly. It was a hassle free check-in by Doreen. Next door to the tube/metro.
