A nice hotel for what I needed, great communication from the hotel for my arrival. If anything the room was a bit dark and could do with adding another standing lamp just to give a bit more light. Great underground parking which is safe and convenient

Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Der Self Check in war problemlos sowie das Parken in der Tiefgarage. Das gebuchte Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn die Handtücher an die Anzahl der Personen angepasst werden würde, damit jeder ein Duschtuch zur Verfügung hat. Sonst gibt es nichts zubeanstanden.

Een nette en schone kamer. Staat van het hotel is ook nieuw en schoon. Om de hoek restaurants en winkels. Hotel ligt rustig. Alleen ontbijt valt ontzettend tegen voor wat je er voor moet betalen. Bij aankomst is er geen ontvangst, dit was bekend maar toch is het raar. De medewerker die we gezien hebben zat in de ochtend met de luidspreker aan te bellen in de ontbijtruimte. Wat ook jammer is, is dat er geen frisse lucht is. Het raam komt uit op de overdekte gang. Het matras is aan vervangen toe. Opzich prima een nacht verbleven maar geen aanrader of voor herhaling vatbaar.

De uiterst vriendelijke eigenaresse had het hotel pas sinds 10 dagen overgenomen en kwam nog erg onervaren over. Kamer was fijn ruim en modern, maar heeft net als de meeste kamers alleen indirect daglicht en is schaars verlicht. We hadden maar 1 waterglas en 1 theeglas op de kamer. Eerste ochtend waren de bedden wel dichtgeslagen, maar geen schone handdoeken, andere ochtenden anders om. Ontbijt erg prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Ontbijtzaal wordt ook niet bijgehouden. Moesten zelf bij andere tafel shoppen voor bord, bestek en boter. Sapkan bijna leeg, alleen Kellogs ontbijtvlokken met melk, maar er waren geen lepels. Geen yoghurt en gezonde ontbijtgranen bijvoorbeeld. Goede koffie, maar geen lepeltjes om mee te roeren. Schaal met vers fruit, maar helaas onder de fruitvliegjes. Parkeren onder het hotel is top en gratis, maar op dag van vertrek moet je wel eerst buiten parkeren anders kom je de parkeerkelder niet is. Over het algemeen een prima locatie voor een kort verblijf.

Het hotel is keurig en de service erg goed. Ik had wel moeite met het feit dat het een onbemand hotel is en je dus incheckt zonder iemand te zien. Ook vond ik het een tegenvaller in een kamer zonder raam naar buiten terecht te komen: het raam kwam uit op de gang. Ik gaf dit aan in mijn eerste indruk, werd onmiddellijk gebeld en kreeg een andere kamer aangeboden. Geweldige service. Blijft staan, dat ik van te voren graag had geweten dat de keuze bestond uit een kamer met raam naar buiten, of een zonder.

Convinient close to motorway, small town

The hotel is located in a very small town close to Eindhoven. The town itself doesn't seem to have much to offer, we just stayed overnight coming from a long roadtrip. The place seems to be unmanned most of the time. You get a code to access the room and a key for the underground parking (which didn't work so we called the manager who eventually came to give us her key). The room had a very high ceiling and felt spacious.
