Liked the very reasonable price, great variety in the food, friendly staff. We were in the same time zone as the Paris Olympics, but our TV didn't provide any channels showing the Olympics, excepting 1 of our three nights. Layout of the hotel with two stairwells and two elevators and two entrances to the street was pretty funky. The room was clean, comfortable beds, but very difficult to charge our devices with only two outlets in the room, plus one with bathroom. Would stay again if price and central old town location were my 1st priority.

They charged me double for the room. When I arrived I told them I already pay through Expedia and still the receptionist said she did not have anything in the records and make me pay again. After the payment went through she said “oh you’re right you paid through Expedia” and then she said she didn’t know how to make a cancellation and refund my money so I had to wait until the next day so her coworker could do it for her. I was very patient with them and agree to that. Later that night, another guy told me they were gonna make a refund manually and I needed to give him my card info which to me it seemed odd. I blocked my card that night because I was nervous they were gonna make more charges. The next morning, a different woman “helped” me with the refund but then after 2 hrs I received a notification from my bank that the transaction did not go through. I went immediately back to the hotel to talk to the woman who helped me and she was very rude. She said “I already gave you your money back” and even tho I explained many times to her that the transaction did no go through and showed my bank account where it displayed the charge but not the refund, she refused to help me. Awful experience. I paid 180 dollars for a room that it was supposed to be 80 dollars.

Det positive med dette hotellet er pris, renhold og beliggenhet. Det ligger helt fabelaktig plassert i byen. Renholdet er bra, og vi hadde rom der badet var rent og fremsto som ganske nytt. Det negative er at hotellet generelt er slitent. Det knirker i gulvene, malingen flasser og veggene er tynne som papir. Personalet er mutte, særlig han ene i resepsjonen. I tillegg er det dårlig tetting i vinduene, så det er tidvis mye støy fra trafikk og folk på utsiden av hotellet. Frokosten er heller ikke av de beste, men grei nok.

エレベーターが各階の間（踊り場）にあるので、重たいスーツケースを必ず上下階どちらかに運ばないといけないのでお気をつけください。立地は最高です。また午前中に到着したのにチェックインして追加料金なしで部屋に入れてのは有難いです。シャワーブースに扉もあります。同じ 室内を歩く音が響きます。

Personal hade dåliga kunskaper i det engelska språket, och fokus på kund var inte på topp. Frukost var bra, och matsal delad i tre sektioner, så vi undvek att störa varandra alltför mycket. Wifi fungerade bra. Försök undvika fönster mot den vältrafikerade vägen.

Dreadful

Dreadful. This is not really a hotel, but a hostel. Hardly Any cleaning in an already dirty room. My room was opposite the cleaning sraff's working room. This meant screaming and telling at early hours making it impossible to sleep. When confronting the reception, they said they would fix it bit nothing happened.
