my family and i rented the room for 3 nights. first night in room 401 had bed bugs. we contacted the property ASAP first thing in the morning so we requested to be moved to another room. We are pleased that the property actioned our request right away. We are happy with our new room. The property we would rate as 2 stars because of the bed bugs we experienced but the service specially the property manager or receptionist were very nice and polite.

Absolutely vile! Everything in the room was dirty. The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning was giving off a foul smell. The filters clearly needed changing, but of course, nobody bothered. We had to open the window, and it’s a really noisy neighborhood. We had trouble sleeping before our flight.

Overall it was exactly what me and my wife needed for a hotel. Nothing too fancy but clean and in a good location geographically. The surrounding area is a little sketchy looking when you arrive however after a while you realize it’s really not that bad and nothing to worry about.
