This ad is a fake one. It is so disappointing that they are not verified. I went to the address given in the confirmation email and it was not there. No hotel around. It was terrible. I had to block my credit card and contact my bank and hotels.com customer service to get a refund hopefully

Sayın Yetkili Tarafınıza güvenerek rezervasyon ve ödeme yaparak 1 gece kalacağım Marka Suit adlı bir otel bulunmamaktadır. İlgili otel telefonu ise konu ile ilgisiz bir şahsa ait ve bu kişi bu işlemde Bilgisinin dışında telefonunun kullanıldığını söylemektedir. Bu nedenle Konu ile ilgili Nitelikli bir Dolandırıcılık olduğunu düşünüyorum. Tarafınıza Tel ile ulaştığımda da yetkili bir kişiye ulaşamıyorum. Bu konu ile ilgili bir dönüş olmaz ise öncelikle Cumhuriyet Savcılığına Suç duyurusunda Bulunacağım , ve Ardından Turizm bakanlığı ve Rekabet Kuruluna konu ile ilgili şikayet dilekçesi vereceğimi bilmenizi isterim.
