It’s was wonderful- close to everything! Roof terrace had a great view! It’s was an adventure to find it for sure, but if you call them they give great directions and after it is a very nice location close to everything in Florence. What a great place to stay so much charm and history, our room was perfect , modern and very clean, good AC and a very nice roof terrace was perfect one of the best location in Florence 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything you want to see. Breakfast was next door at a partner restaurant was really good best cappuccino we had . When we arrived Mr Luca greeted us with open arms and full of positive energy , showed us around the hotel and made us a map of everything to visit and recommend the best restaurants that we were blown away best food we had in Italy half the price of Venice . Can’t thank him enough for one of the best experience. We are truly grateful.

Perfect location, super walkable. I traveled with other 2 adults, the beds were comfortable, super quiet, we never crossed paths with other guests. Breakfast was really good, we really liked it. I think they can improve cleaning, you could easily tell the floors had a heavy build up, the shower had some drain smell, although housekeeping tried their best to concealed. Please improve the appearance of the entrance. I almost regretted when we first arrive. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

Hotel is quiet, clean and only 2 streets away from Duomo Cathedral. The hallway going to the elevator can use some interior designing to make it more presentable, but I liked that once you get out of the elevator, the rooms are renovated and clean. Bathroom is is renovated and clean. I want to suggest air freshnera Staff in check-in counter is very nice too.
