OK but no more.

It was a strange hotel. Not really a hotel, more like a number of random rooms. The minute you walk into the extremely anonymous entrance (which was a bit hard to locate), you are thinking ”what the H did we get into?” But the host was very friendly and gave a lot of advice on what to see and do. The room was OK, but not really more. A bit wonky to be honest, sorry to say. I payed about €1100 (in late October) for two rooms for to nights, I was expecting more to be honest.

It’s was wonderful- close to everything! Roof terrace had a great view! It’s was an adventure to find it for sure, but if you call them they give great directions and after it is a very nice location close to everything in Florence. The property was really well located 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. Really nice breakfast included in a restaurant next door. There is a small front desk however when we were there there was no one there. We received clear instructions on how to get there and get in. There was a foul odor of drainage during our stay it appears it was a general problem in downtown Florence. Our room smelled also, we contacted the administration and we were moved to a nearby property.

What a great place to stay so much charm and history, our room was perfect , modern and very clean, good AC and a very nice roof terrace was perfect one of the best location in Florence 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything you want to see. Breakfast was next door at a partner restaurant was really good best cappuccino we had . When we arrived Mr Luca greeted us with open arms and full of positive energy , showed us around the hotel and made us a map of everything to visit and recommend the best restaurants that we were blown away best food we had in Italy half the price of Venice . Can’t thank him enough for one of the best experience. We are truly grateful.
