The staff and concierge especially welcoming and kind with great ideas for places to visit and made dinner reservations at a fabulous restaurant. What an amazing boutique hotel! We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped inside until we left. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Just one of the little touches was when we arrived back from a day out in a very hot condition we were asked if we would like a granita. The wonderful receptionist then delivered two delicious complimentary granitas to our room. We thoroughly recommend staying at this special boutique hotel.

This one of the best hotels we've stayed in. A beautiful hotel with a balcony over the main road, which is pedestrianised so has a great buzz and vibe, quiet a night. Excellent location, close to all the must see places. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. We would definitely go back to Palermo and definitely use this hotel again.
