Hospitality is 10/10. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel very at home. Also the restaurant is fantastic. Definitely some of the best food we had on the island. The staff Harry and Anton were very helpful getting us to places and things we needed. The staff are the friendliest I have ever met. We stayed in the villa. It would be great for a family or friends getting together. The pool is right outside the door and there did was all good. We went off season and loved that there was no crowd. Truly amazing.

This is supposed to be a “5 star” property on Nusa L but by American standards this hotel is about 3 stars. We stayed in room 202 and the shower water smelled like eggs when it came out. So much so that I decided against taking a shower out of fear the water was toxic. During the day there are also pockets of knats flying near the pool and restaurant area, so many that it makes it hard to even enjoy those areas. The hotel staff also doesn’t speak English that well which makes it difficult to express concerns or complaints. If this is the nicest hotel on Nusa L skip Nusa L completely.
